Every Minute On the Minute

At the beginning of every MINUTE, start with the prescribed repetitions of your WORKING movement

When finished with your reps, seamlessly continue into your RECOVERY movement until the top of the next MINUTE

Once you reach the Top of the minute, the next set begins and you're back to the first direction

As you fatigue, you will use more and more of the minute to complete your WORKING movement
